Simple BUTT Delicious

PULLED PORK
★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★
No nitrates; no nitrites; no preservatives; no sugar;
nothing but BUTT, garlic, salt, & pepper.
Could it be any easier than this?!
Here's whatcha do.
★ ★ ★  Recipe ★ ★ ★
Preheat your oven 325 degrees
Use a broiling pan to cook
with so the fat drips through
to the tray beneath.
Place your 3-4 lb. pork butt on top of the
broiling pan to cover it in dry rub.
Get your ingredients ready for the dry rub:
-3 heaping tablespoons of ground black pepper
-however much salt you prefer
-4 garlic cloves (crushed)
Generously rub the dry
mixture all over the
large piece of meat.
Make sure to get in between all the
nooks & crannies!
Put your seasoned pork butt in the
oven & cook for 3+ hours OR when it
reads 170 degrees on your meat thermometer.
Then, ENJOY!

From my creative kitchen to your hungry tummies,
I hope you love this summertime delight!
Until next time, eat up! :)
xoxo, Allie
